Fixed Fee: $1,200

A two-meeting engagement designed to address a specific financial planning topic or domain. We begin with a Discovery Conversation to understand your situation, followed—preferably within two business days—by an Advice Conversation that provides actionable, goal-oriented next steps. The scope is limited to the selected topic and does not produce a comprehensive financial plan.

A three-meeting engagement designed to deliver a comprehensive financial plan. We identify your current circumstances and goals, analyze possible courses of action, develop recommendations, and present a cohesive plan. Implementation, monitoring, and plan updates are excluded and remain the responsibility of the client.

Focus Client

A junior or mid-level technology professional seeking a structured, end-to-end financial blueprint. Typically, this client has less than $100,000 invested and a household income under $150,000.

Plan de La Vida

Fixed Fee: $4,200

An impactful series of five guided meetings for clients who want a deep dive into every aspect of their financial life, including complex equity compensation, specialized tax planning, and advanced investment strategy. The engagement provides a comprehensive financial plan and written report. Implementation, monitoring, and plan updates are excluded and remain the responsibility of the client.

Focus Client

A mid-level or senior-level technology professional or people leader who benefits from a comprehensive plan incorporating complex compensation and strategic tax considerations. Typically, this client has less than $500,000 invested and a household income between $150,000 and $300,000.

Ongoing Financial Planning

Ongoing Support

Fee: $275 / month

This comprehensive, ongoing financial planning service is structured around an annual calendar to ensure continuous progress toward your goals. Each month, you receive a written executive summary focused on a critical theme such as tax document preparation, savings allocation, investment reviews, estate document reviews, employee benefit reviews, or strategic charitable giving.

Quarterly in-depth meetings (February, May, August, and November) reinforce and personalize this guidance. In these meetings, we review recent topics, assess progress against your goals, and implement necessary strategies creating a predictable rhythm for learning and action.

Focus Client

A mid-level to senior-level professional or leader with an established career who requires continuous, proactive management of an increasingly complex financial picture.

Hourly Execution Assistance

Hourly Rate: $275

Billed at a minimum of one hour, in fifteen-minute increments after the first hour.

This service provides hourly execution and coaching to help you implement recommendations from your financial plan. It is available exclusively to clients who have received a financial plan from La Vida Financial within the past 45 days, so that assistance is based on a current, well-established financial blueprint. Common support includes practical steps such as transferring assets, opening accounts with unaffiliated broker-dealers, and navigating online portals.
